Jennifer Yeung (THESE FACES) is an artist based in Hong Kong, born in 1996 in Toronto, Canada. With over four years of experience in the gallery field, she holds an MA in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Arts and a BA in Product Design from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Her creations delve into the amalgamation of facial features and body parts. Jennifer dissects these components that shape humanity and living creatures, striving to search for the essence of being alive.
The notion of faces in various orientations serves as a symbol for exploring the complexity and diversity of human existence and experience in Jennifer’s work. She confronts conflicting aspects of identity, relationships, and reality, inviting introspection and reflection on these themes.
